Sec. 29. "Clean Water Act", for purposes of this chapter, IC 13-18-22, and IC 13-18-23, refers to:
(1) 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.; and
(2) regulations adopted under 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.
