Sec. 3. "Air contaminant", for purposes of air pollution control laws, means:
(1) dust;
(2) fumes;
(3) gas;
(4) mist;
(5) smoke;
(6) vapor; or
(7) any combination of the items described in subdivisions (1) through (6).
