Sec. 38.2. (a) "Computer monitor", for purposes of this chapter and IC 13-20.5, means an electronic device that is:
(1) a cathode ray tube or flat panel display; and
(2) primarily intended to display information from a central processing unit or the Internet.
(b) The term includes a laptop computer.
