Ind. Code § 13-11-2-86.8

"Freeholder"

As added by P.L.60-2017, SEC.2.

Sec. 86.8. "Freeholder", for purposes of this chapter and IC 13-21-3-5, means a person who holds land:

(1) in fee;

(2) for life; or

(3) for some indeterminate period;

whether or not the person holds the land in joint title with one (1) or more other persons.
