Ind. Code § 13-20-13-1.5

Sec. 1.5. A person that stores waste tires shall do so in a manner that:

(1) does not pose a threat to human health or the environment;

(2) does not pose a fire hazard; and

(3) controls vectors that pose a threat to human health.
