Ind. Code § 13-23-13-11

Sec. 11. This chapter does not bar a cause of action that:

(1) an owner or operator;

(2) a guarantor; or

(3) any other person subject to liability under this article;

has or would have, by reason of subrogation or otherwise, against any person.
