Ind. Code § 14-12-3-13

Adoption of rules

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.5.

Sec. 13. (a) The commission shall adopt the rules required by this chapter under IC 4-22-2.

(b) The commission may adopt other rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter.
