Sec. 8. A permit to fill in and reclaim real property bordering Lake Michigan issued after June 30, 1990, under:
(1) this chapter;
(2) IC 4-20.5-8 (before its repeal); or
(3) IC 4-18-13 (before its repeal);
expires five (5) years after the date the permit was issued.
