Ind. Code § 14-22-21-2

Issuance; fee

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.15

Sec. 2. (a) The department may, under rules adopted under IC 4-22-2, issue to a person, upon payment of a minimum fee of fifteen dollars ($15), a license to possess for taxidermy purposes a wild animal or the hide or skin of a wild animal:

(1) protected by Indiana law; and

(2) during the closed season for the animal.

(b) The fee in subsection (a) is subject to IC 14-22-2-10.
