Ind. Code § 14-22-34-4

"Nongame species" defined

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.15.

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "nongame species" means any wild mammal, bird, amphibian, reptile, fish, mollusk, crustacean, or other wild animal not otherwise legally classified by Indiana statute or rule.
