Ind. Code § 14-22-40-2

"Decoy"

As added by P.L.133-1996, SEC.7.

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "decoy" means a three-dimensional object that:

(1) resembles; and

(2) is intended to resemble;

a game animal or other animal when placed in the animal's habitat.
