Ind. Code § 14-27-8-14

Drainage commissioners; chairman; secretary

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.20.

Sec. 14. The drainage commissioners:

(1) shall elect one (1) of the drainage commissioners chairman; and

(2) may elect one (1) of the drainage commissioners secretary.
