Ind. Code § 14-28-1-1.3

"Boundary river floodway"

As added by P.L.135-1997, SEC.12.

Sec. 1.3. "Boundary river floodway", for purposes of this chapter, means the floodway (as defined by IC 14-8-2-102) of a boundary river.
