Ind. Code § 14-28-4-9

Quorum

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.21.

Sec. 9. A majority of the members of the commission constitutes a quorum. To be official, an action of the commission must be authorized by a majority of the commission at a regular or special meeting.
