Ind. Code § 14-33-17-13

Absentee ballot

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.26.

Sec. 13. A freeholder of the district may vote an absentee ballot. An absentee ballot:

(1) must be signed;

(2) must be mailed or delivered to the court; and

(3) is valid if delivered or received before the scheduled date of the election.
