As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.1.

Sec. 104. "Freeholder", for purposes of IC 14-33, means a person who holds land:

(1) in fee;

(2) for life; or

(3) for some indeterminate period of time;

whether or not in joint title with at least one (1) other person.
