Ind. Code § 14-8-2-12

"Aquatic vegetation"

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.1.

Sec. 12. "Aquatic vegetation", for purposes of IC 14-22, means completely submerged or partially emerged:

(1) moss;

(2) algae; or

(3) rooted aquatic vegetation.
