Sec. 85. (a) "Endangered species", for purposes of IC 14-9-2-5, has the meaning set forth in IC 14-9-2-5(a).
(b) "Endangered species", for purposes of IC 14-22-34, has the meaning set forth in IC 14-22-34-1.
