Ind. Code § 14-8-2-97

"Flood flow"

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.1.

Sec. 97. "Flood flow", for purposes of IC 14-28-1 and IC 14-28-3, means all of the water of a river or stream that exceeds the within-bank channel flow of the river or stream.
