Ind. Code § 15-16-5-38

"Wildlife"

As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.7.

Sec. 38. As used in this chapter, "wildlife" means all living things that are not human, domesticated, or pests. This term includes mammals, birds, reptiles, and aquatic life.
