Ind. Code § 15-16-5-8

"Defoliant"

As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.7.

Sec. 8. As used in this chapter, "defoliant" means any substance or mixture of substances intended for causing the leaves or foliage to drop from a plant, with or without causing abscission.
