"Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act"

As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.8.

Sec. 30. "Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act" means the federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 301 et seq.).
