Ind. Code § 15-19-4-2

Removing or damaging identification; offense

As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.10.

Sec. 2. A person who:

(1) knowingly removes or damages any identification attached to a racing pigeon, homer, racing homer, or homing pigeon; and

(2) is not the owner of the pigeon;

commits a Class C infraction.
