Sec. 168.5. "Health system", for purposes of IC 16-18-4, means:
(1) a parent corporation of one (1) or more hospitals, and any entity affiliated with the parent corporation; or
(2) a hospital and any entity affiliated with the hospital;
through ownership, governance, or membership.
