Ind. Code § 16-18-2-188.3

"Individual with a communicable disease"

As added by P.L.112-2020, SEC.6.

Sec. 188.3. "Individual with a communicable disease", for purposes of IC 16-41, means a person who has:

(1) tuberculosis in a communicable state; or

(2) another serious communicable disease.
