"Qualified person"

Sec. 302.3. (a) "Qualified person", for purposes of IC 16-36-5, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-36-5-8.

(b) "Qualified person", for purposes of IC 16-36-6, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-36-6-5.
