"COVID-19"

Sec. 88.3. (a) "COVID-19", for purposes of IC 16-28-11-8, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-28-11-8(a).

(b) "COVID-19", for purposes of IC 16-39-11, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-39-11-1.
