Effective 9-1-2025.
Sec. 5. (a) A nurse aide training program that was approved by the state department before September 1, 2025, is deemed to be approved by the commission with no further action necessary. Curriculum established by the state department before September 1, 2025, for the implementation of nurse aide training programs is deemed approved by the commission.
(b) This section expires December 31, 2025.
