Ind. Code § 16-31.5-12-2

Rejection of a rule by a member state

As added by P.L.3-2020, SEC.1.

Sec. 2. If a majority of the legislatures of the member states rejects a rule, by enactment of a statute or resolution in the same manner used to adopt the compact, then the rule shall have no further force and effect in any member state.
