Sec. 7. (a) This chapter does not require a:
(1) physician;
(2) pharmacist;
(3) pharmacy;
(4) manufacturer; or
(5) distributor;
to manufacture, sell, or distribute amygdalin (laetrile).
(b) This chapter does not require a physician to prescribe amygdalin (laetrile) for a patient.
