Ind. Code § 2-8.2-2-5.5

"Crime of moral turpitude"

As added by P.L.41-2025, SEC.3.

Sec. 5.5. "Crime of moral turpitude" means the following:

(1) A crime of violence as defined in IC 35-50-1-2.

(2) A sex offense as defined in IC 11-8-8-5.2.

(3) A crime involving fraud or a false statement.
