Ind. Code § 20-24-7-16

Sec. 16. Not later than July 1 of each year, a charter school shall post on the charter school's website information for the immediately preceding school year regarding whether there is a familial or business relationship between the organizer, owner, or operator of the charter school and the owner of the charter school's building.
