Ind. Code § 20-26-19-8

Adoption of administrative rules

As added by P.L.38-2020, SEC.9.

Sec. 8. The state board:

(1) shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 regarding the documentation required under section 5(2)(B) of this chapter; and

(2) may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to otherwise implement this chapter.
