Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "amplification device" means:
(1) a hearing aid;
(2) a cochlear implant;
(3) a bone anchored hearing device;
(4) a direct microphone system; or
(5) any combination of the aids, implants, devices, or systems described in subdivisions (1) through (4).
