Ind. Code § 21-18.5-6-25

Violations

As added by P.L.107-2012, SEC.58

Sec. 25. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a person who knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly violates this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor.

(b) A person who, with intent to defraud, represents the person to be an agent of a postsecondary credit bearing proprietary educational institution commits a Level 5 felony.
