Ind. Code § 21-23-4-1

Board; president

As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.264.

Sec. 1. The board of trustees shall:

(1) at their first meeting after their appointment; and

(2) every two (2) years thereafter;

choose a president of the board of trustees.
