Ind. Code § 21-36-1-1.5

"Intellectual property"

As added by P.L.142-2024, SEC.3.

Sec. 1.5. "Intellectual property" means all original data, findings, or other products of the mind or intellect commonly associated with claims, interests, and rights that are protected under trade secret, patent, trademark, copyright, or unfair competition law.
