Ind. Code § 21-39-9.1-1

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "group or organization" means a club, an association, a corporation, an order, a society, a private club, a fraternity or sorority, or a varsity or club athletic team primarily made up of students or alumni, regardless of whether it is chartered by a national organization.
