Sec. 5. Not later than November 1, 2024, the commission for higher education shall do the following:
(1) Review the information submitted by the institutions under section 4 of this chapter.
(2) Submit a report to the budget committee regarding consistent definitions, guidelines, and parameters that would allow the information submitted under section 4 of this chapter to be compared across institutions and academic years.
This section expires July 1, 2025.
