Ind. Code § 21-41-8-1

Authority to offer instruction in American Sign Language

As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.282.

Sec. 1. A state educational institution may offer classes in American Sign Language as:

(1) a foreign language; or

(2) part of another discipline.
