Sec. 1. A state educational institution shall do the following:
(1) Prominently display on the home page of the state educational institution's website a hyperlink to the state educational institution's profile on the United States Department of Education's college scorecard.
(2) Prominently display on the web page of each associate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree offered by the state educational institution a hyperlink to the state educational institution's scorecard on the United States Department of Education's college scorecard for the applicable associate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree.
