Ind. Code § 22-4-15-5

Receiving benefits from another state; federal employees' benefits

Known as the Indiana Employment and Training Services Act

Sec. 5. Except as provided in IC 22-4-22, an individual shall be ineligible for waiting period or benefit rights: For any week with respect to which or a part of which the individual receives, is receiving, has received or is seeking unemployment benefits under an unemployment compensation law of another state or of the United States: Provided, That this disqualification shall not apply if the appropriate agency of such other state or of the United States finally determines that the individual is not entitled to such employment benefits, including benefits to federal civilian employees and ex-servicemen pursuant to 5 U.S.C. Chapter 85.
