Ind. Code § 23-14-33-23

"Inurnment"

As added by P.L.52-1997, SEC.7.

Sec. 23. "Inurnment" means any lawful disposition of the cremated remains of a deceased individual in a mausoleum, garden crypt, niche, or scattering garden area as provided by IC 23-14-54.
