Ind. Code § 23-2-6-12

"Financial institution" defined

As added by P.L.177-1991, SEC.10.

Sec. 12. As used in this chapter, "financial institution" means a bank, savings institution, or trust company that is organized or supervised under the laws of the United States or of any state.
