Ind. Code § 23-2.5-1-9

"Depository institution"

As added by P.L.175-2019, SEC.2.

Sec. 9. "Depository institution" has the meaning set forth in the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. 1813(c)) and includes a credit union.
