Ind. Code § 23-6-4-23

Application of IC 23-1

As added by P.L.236-1985, SEC.1.

Sec. 23. IC 23-1 applies to a credit corporation. However, if there is a conflict between IC 23-1 and this chapter, this chapter controls.
