Ind. Code § 24-9-3-8

Intimidation, coercion, and harassment prohibited

As added by P.L.73-2004, SEC.33

Sec. 8. A person seeking to enforce section 7(c)(3), 7(c)(4), or 7(c)(5) of this chapter may not knowingly or intentionally intimidate, coerce, or harass another person.
