Ind. Code § 25-10-1-11

Necessity of license; violations

Sec. 11. (a) No person may practice chiropractic or hold out as a chiropractor without a license to practice chiropractic in Indiana.

(b) A person who violates this chapter commits a Class A misdemeanor.
