Sec. 4. Requirements established by the board for licensure under this article must include a core body of knowledge and skills in:
(1) diabetes mellitus;
(2) biological and social sciences;
(3) communication;
(4) counseling;
(5) education; and
(6) experience in the care of individuals with diabetes.
