Ind. Code § 25-14.5-1-6

"Degree"

As added by P.L.124-1994, SEC.7.

Sec. 6. "Degree" means a degree received from a college or university that:

(1) was located in the United States; and

(2) was regionally accredited;

at the time the degree was conferred.
